PB&J Smoothie Bowl
So, this post is quite random.
I don't normally make smoothies, as my blender is pretty unsatisfying... But more importantly, I don't think smoothies can fill me up besides looking extra fancy.
HOWEVER, I made this classic berry-and-banana-based smoothie bowl one day and it was actually super filling, kept me full from morning to late noon. I added some peanut butter because I was lately obsessed with PB&J, and the combination of berries and peanut butter works perfectly for that.
Smoothies are super versatile and you can definitely get creative on this. Here I provide a basic smoothie recipe that everyone can enjoy. Based on this, try to make your own variations to customize your smoothie bowl!
Ingredients
1. 1/2 cup frozen banana (slightly thawed)
2. 1 cup frozen berries or any fruit of your choice
3. 1/2 cup chopped kale or baby spinach
4. 1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
5. 1 tbsp peanut butter or peanut powder
6. Peanut butter flavored granola and more berries for topping
Instructions
Really there's no need for instructions. Simply blend them up then top with your favorite toppings!

Epilogue
Highly Instagrammable, refreshing and delicious. Perfect for a light breakfast and is a much healthier swap for store-bought PB&J sandwiches. You don't taste the greens at all so it's a win-win in both nutrition and taste ;)
